Matthias Cullmann is a software and organisation hacker and Open Source believer. He has worked as Developer, Tester, Architect, Business Analyst, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Project lead and more in the financial and aeronautical industry and also co-founded the software engineering conference BaselOne, organised and participated in Hackathons and Java User Groups.
