Michael is working for IBM Germany Research & Development GmbH in the area of IBM Z I/O configuration management. He is Product Owner for the Hardware Configuration Definition (HCD) component of the z/OS and z/VM operating systems. He career started in the IBM Banking area in 1990 and got through various technical leadership positions in software development, including test, architecture, and service of various products and components.
