Bio:
Nan Niu is a Professor & the RF-SMART and Morales Family Director of the School of Computing at the University of North Florida. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Toronto. His research interests focus on requirements engineering and multimedia computing. He spent his sabbatical with Danfoss as a software consultant, as well as with U.S. EPA as a special government employee (SGE). His work has been published in venues such as IEEE TSE, ACM TOSEM, ICSE, ESEC/FSE, ASE, and RE, and has been recognized with an NSF CAREER Award, four best paper awards, and one most influential paper award.
