NILS BREDE MOE is a chief scientist at SINTEF, Norway, and holds an adjunct position at the Blekinge Institute of Technology, Sweden. Moe’s work primarily centers around software process improvement, agile product development, and global product development. His research interests are related to organizational, socio-technical, and global/distributed aspects. His work includes numerous focused and longitudinal case studies on hybrid work, product development, digital and agile transformation, organizational design, decision-making, innovatios and teamwork conducted in close collaboration with industry. Moe received his Dr. Philos. in computer science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology
