Assistant Professor at Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (IGDTUW) since 2011 in the Department of Information Technology. Since July 2023, I have started working as postdoc researcher (on study leave from IGDTUW) at Institute of Data Science in Department of Advanced Computer Science at Maastricht University, Netherlands. My teaching approach is ‘learning by doing’ which means emphasis on practical problems to understand concepts of theory. For research, I apply concepts from machine learning, aritficial intelligence, graph algorithms and data science into the applied field of social media analytics, social networks analysis, information security and e-learning.
