Weixing Zhang is a PhD student at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden, which is also affiliated with Chalmers University of Technology. His research areas are model-driven engineering and domain-specific languages. He received his Master of Engineering degree from Beijing Jiaotong University, China, in 2013, and then worked as a software engineer in China’s industry for 7 years. He has extensive and industrial software development experience, and his technical stack involves various fields, e.g., C/C++/C#/Java/Python, VxWorks, Windows, Linux, etc. In his current PhD, he has published several academic papers in journals or conferences including SoSyM, MODELS, SEAA, SLE, etc.
