Takahiro Shinagawa received B.E. and M.S. degrees from the University of Tokyo in 1998 and 2000, respectively. He received a Ph.D. degree in Science from the University of Tokyo in 2003. He was an Assistant Professor at Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, and a lecturer at the University of Tsukuba. Since 2011, he has been an Associate Professor at the University of Tokyo. His research interests include operating systems, system software, virtualization, and secure computing. He is a member of ACM, IEEE, and USENIX.
