Bio:

Tomas Herda is an Agile Coach at the AI Center of Excellence within Group IT of Austrian Post. He holds a Master’s degree in Applied Informatics from the Slovak University of Technology. His expertise is centered on the integration of Generative AI and Agile Practices within Software Engineering. Tomas actively contributes to the field through the research and development of multi-agent AI systems, has co-authored several papers on related topics, regularly speaks at events about AI and effective prompting, and has worked on agile transformation initiatives at Austrian Post. In addition, he is the ‘AI and Agile Software Development: From Frustration to Success’ Workshop Chair at the XP2025 Conference.
