I’m a professor at the Department of Computer Science of the Federal University of Espírito Santo (UFES), Brazil. I earned my PhD degree in 2012 at the International Doctoral School on Information and Communication Technology of the University of Trento under the direction of professor John Mylopoulos.

I’m currently a member of the Ontologies & Conceptual Modeling Research Group (NEMO) at UFES. I’m interested in anything related to Software Engineering, more specifically Requirements Engineering, the use of Ontologies in Software Engineering, Web Engineering, Linked Data and the Semantic Web.
