Registration
RE 2022 was originally planned to be hosted at Deakin University, Melbourne, Australia. However, it will now be held virtually.
We will use Whova and Zoom as a conference platform. Links to Whoa will be sent out to all registered participants approx. 1-2 weeks prior to the conference.
Please note that the registration system lists prices without 10 percent GST - the tax will be applied at the very end before payment. Below, we have listed prices inclusive of GST so please do not be confused of these apparent differences.
Author Information:
Authors of conference papers (Research Track, Industry Track, RE@Next) are required to register by June 30, 2022, 23:59 Melbourne time (UTC+10).Otherwise their submission is likely to be removed from the proceedings.
Authors of the Journal First track are required to register for a Complete conference Attendee Registration only.
Authors of Posters/Tool Demo papers are required to register by June 30, 2022, 23:59 Melbourne time (UTC+10) as well.
Authors of Workshop papers are required to register by July 10, 2022, 23:59 Melbourne time (UTC+10).
- Each Full Authors Registration covers up to a total of three papers in any Track, Workshop, or Co-Located event.
Each paper (Research, Industry, Re@Next), Poster, and Tool Demo, must be covered by at least one of the authors paying full authors’ registration. - A Workshop only Author Registration is valid for one paper at a Workshop. Authors can attend any of the other events (workshops, tutorials, Doctoral Symposium) on Monday or Tuesday of the conference.
- A Doctoral Symposium only Student Author Registration is also valid for any of the Monday/Tuesday events. We recommend that Doctoral Symposium only authors pay for a “Complete conference Attendee” registration in order to have access to the full conference.

Early Registration ends July 10, 2022, 23:59 Melbourne time (UTC+10)
Late Registration fees will apply after this date.
All registration fees are in Australian Dollars (AU$) inclusive of GST.
