Visas

Participants who need a visa to travel to India may apply for a Regular Visa or an e-Visa. An e-Visa is the recommended mode of application if your country of origin falls in the list of eligible countries. See the Indian Visa Application Website for details.

Participants may choose to apply for a Tourist visa (if you plan to do some tourism in India in addition to attending the conference) or a Conference visa.

In case you plan to apply for a Conference visa, you will need an approval from the Indian Ministry of External Affairs / Home Affairs, to upload along with your application. The conference organizers need to apply for this approval, for which we need your details in this Passport Details Form. Please fill in this form at the earliest, no later than 15 September 2025. Once the approval is obtained, the conference organizers will email it to you.

Invitation Letters

Participants who need a letter of invitation for the purpose of visa application and other purposes are requested to fill out this Request for Letter of Invitation. The soft copy of the invitation letter will be emailed to them. Please note that only registered participants will be issued a letter of invitation.
