Important Dates

• Author Registration Deadline: Friday, October 20, 2023
  At least, one author of each accepted paper must complete the REGULAR FULL PASS registration and pay the registration fee by Friday, October 20, 2023
• Early Registration Deadline: Friday, November 3, 2023
  Authors of workshop papers, whether accepted, rejected, or not withdrawn, can take advantage of the early registration rate until Wednesday, November 22, 2023
• On-site Registration Deadline: December 4-7, 2023

APSEC 2023 Registration Fee

• Notice:Lunches will be provided. Welcome Reception is open for Full Pass, Conference Only Pass and December 5 registrants only.

Registration Procedure and Methods of Payment

By Credit Card

Credit cards of VISA, MASTER, JCB, UNIONPAY, and AMEX are accepted.

• (Participants from Korean Institutions) Please note that your monthly credit card statement will indicate your payment to Duzon.
• (Participants from non-Korean Institutions) Please note that the billing descriptor will be listed as EXIMBAY.COM. This payment method is provided by Eximbay and is billed as www.eximbay.com

By Bank Transfer

• Please make the bank transfer to the account specified below.
• Sender’s name MUST BE a Registration Number(4-digits) or Registrant’s name.
• All bank remittance charges are to be paid by Registrant.
• Once your deposit details are verified, the Secretariat will send you a confirmation email on your registration within a week.

After making your transfer, please send your remittance slip to the Secretariat (registration@apsec2023.org)

Cancellation Policy

• To request a refund and cancel your registration, please notify the APSEC 2023 Secretariat via email at registration@apsec2023.org. After the conference, a refund will be made upon receipt of this written request.
• All bank service charges are to be paid by Registrant and the registration fees are refundable as specified below.
  ✓ 50% Refund until November 3, 2023
  ✖ No Refund from November 4, 2023
