There are separate registration links for different types of registrants. FSEN 2025 offers different participation packages. We distinguish between Poster presenters, Paper presenters, and Participants who do not present.

  • Poster presenters: Registration includes registration to the conference.
  • Paper presenters: Registration includes registration to the conference and social dinner on Monday April 7th.
  • Participants who do not present: Registration includes registration to the conference and social dinner on Monday April 7th.

Thanks to our sponsors IFIP and SIGSOFT, we are able to offer registration at a discounted rate. If you are not already a member of either organization, you can do so before registering for the conference.

Registration period

There are discounts for early bird registration. The registration will remain open until the start of the conference, but from March 15th, only credit card payments are possible. All dates mentioned are end of day CET (Central European Time).

In Person/Virtual participation

FSEN 2025 is an in-person event for all participants and presenters. Only in exceptional cases and with agreement of the program chairs and local chairs, remote presentation is possible.

Early bird registration fees (valid until 31-Jan-2025)

For IFIP/ACM members

  • Poster presenter: 2700 SEK incl. 25% VAT
  • Paper presenter: 4000 SEK incl. 25% VAT
  • Other participant: 4000 SEK incl. 25% VAT

For non-members

  • Poster presenter: 3000 SEK incl. 25% VAT
  • Paper presenter: 4500 SEK incl. 25% VAT
  • Other participant: 4500 SEK incl. 25% VAT

Late registration fees (valid From 01-Feb-2025)

For IFIP/ACM members:
  • Poster presenter: 3000 SEK incl. 25% VAT
  • Paper presenter: 4900 SEK incl. 25% VAT
  • Other participant: 4900 SEK incl. 25% VAT
For non-members:
  • Poster presenter: 4000 SEK incl. 25% VAT
  • Paper presenter: 5500 SEK incl. 25% VAT

Member discount

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of registration will be accepted until 31 January, 2025, up to which date the total amount will be refunded. For cancellations made from 1 February, 2025 to 1 March, 2025 a partial refund of registration fee will be possible. We regret that no refund will be possible for cancellations made after 1 March, 2025, as well as for no-shows for any reasons.

Visa information and travel support

Sweden is part of the Schengen Area: residents in the European Union and Schengen visa holders do not need a new visa for Sweden. Sweden also has an arrangement for visa-free access with some countries. Please check on this page for more visa information regarding visiting Sweden and whether you require a visa or not to enter Sweden.

FSEN 2025 has a limited budget to support visa applications and travel for presenters of papers from countries that require a visa to enter Sweden. Please notice that visa applications can only be supported if you have already completed the registration. If you would like to apply for this support, send an email to the organizers.
