Please click one of the following buttons depending on the information you need to visualise

Uploading Deadlines

  • For tracks where video is mandatory, authors will receive an email from Clowdr (that is the virtualization platform to be used for ICSE 2021) on mid/late April (most probably by April 25th for the main conference's tracks and a bit later for Colocated events and Workshops ). Such email will provide authors with the link so they can upload the video into the platform.
  • Authors of mandatory videos, please take into account that you will have 7 days to upload your video after receiving the Clowdr’s email, so we highly encourage you to start preparing the video of your presentation NOW. Please, follow the requirements and useful tips provided on the section “On Video Recording” (https://conf.researchr.org/attending/icse-2021/authors) when preparing your video.
  • Remember that your video must comply with the maximum length indicated by your track chairs and be up to 1080p (i.e. not 2K/4K)). We need to be very strict with the maximum time and resolution so we can have a smooth conference program. We will check videos quality and length and will require you to upload a new version if your video does not adhere to time/quality requirements.
  • Detailed instructions on how to upload the videos on Clowdr are provided in this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l0SqCISybqk
  • Take into account that ICSE 2021 requires just Broadcast video (not Pre-conference video as also shown in this tutorial). In addition, to make the video more accessible for the audience, Clowdr will automatically generate subtitles for your presentation. We strongly encourage you to review these generated transcripts and correct them when necessary (following the instructions from the tutorial). Clowdr will let you know when your video subtitles are ready for checking. Note that the IEEE copyrigth form signed as part of your Camera Ready also includes consent to release your video.

Do not hesitate to contact the organizers at icse2021@fi.upm.es if you have any question.

Many thanks for your collaboration to make virtual ICSE 2021 a success.
