Payment Guidelines

Please read them carefully!!!

Additional Items

• Include any additional items (extra-tickets) to the registration cost during the payment.
• Please email ictss2023@unibg.it with the receipt of payment, and specify how many extra tickets did you added (if any).

Author Policy

• Authors are expected to present their paper physically (i.e. on-site). Please contact us quickly at ictss2023@unibg.it if no author can attend the conference on site.
• At least one “Author Registration” per paper accepted is required before July, 22nd.

Student Policy

For registrations at the student rate, a proof of student status – such as a confirmation of registration provided by the university or a confirmation letter by the PhD advisor - must be sent by email to ictss2023@unibg.it together with the payment receipt.

If you are a student, you can apply for a Student Travel Grant. More information is available here.

Visa Information

If you need a visa for traveling to Italy, we can provide you with an invitation letter needed for obtaining the visa. You have to explicitly indicate it in the email when you send the payment receipt to ictss2023@unibg.it.

Cancellation & Refund Policies

We hope everyone who registers for the conference will be able to attend; however, if for any reason you need to cancel, email to ictss2023@unibg.it.
