Payment Guidelines

Follow these guidelines for the payments. Please read them carefully!!!

Include any additional items (extra-tickets) to the registration cost during the payment.

Please email the organizers with the receipt of payment, and specify how many extra tickets did you added (if any).

Please notice that the full ticket does not include the Gala Dinner, although it includes the social event.

Author Policy

• Authors are expected to present their paper physically (i.e. on-site). Please contact the organizers if no author can attend the conference on site.
• At least one “Full Ticket” per paper accepted is required before the 10th of October 2024.

Student Policy

For registrations at the student rate, a proof of student status – such as a confirmation of registration provided by the university or a confirmation letter by the PhD advisor - must be sent by email to the organizers together with the payment receipt.

If you are a student, you can apply for a Student Travel Grant. More information is available here.

Visa Information

If you need a visa for traveling to the UK, we can provide you with an invitation letter needed for obtaining the visa. You have to explicitly indicate it in the email when you send the payment receipt to the organizers.

Cancellation & Refund Policies

We hope everyone who registers for the conference will be able to attend; however, if for any reason you need to cancel, email to the organizers.
