Registration Options and Fees
Registration options for Internetware 2025 are shown below. Please note that:
- Amounts are in Norwegian kroner (NOK)
- Amounts include Norwegian VAT
- Participants can attend any event on the days they registered
- Each accepted paper requires at least one author to complete full registration
- The deadline for the Early Bird rate is 1st May 2025 CEST

Note: If you need invitation letters for a VISA application, please register for the conference first. We issue the invitation letters twice per week (usually on Wednesday and Saturday at Norway time).
Internetware 2025 Conference
Conference fee includes registration to Internetware and all the sessions from Friday to Sunday. Social events such as the reception (on Friday 20th June) and conference dinner (on Saturday 21st June) are included in the fee. Lunches on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are included. The conference fee is in NOK and includes VAT. The early registration deadline is May 1 CEST. The fees will increase from May 2. The early/late fee switch will follow the CEST time zone.

Refund Policy
The Conference Organizing Team must be notified in writing by e-mail at internetware2025@konferanser.ntnu.no in case of cancellation or any change to the registration. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. If you are unable to attend, you may substitute another participant in your place by choosing the option when modifying your registration.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
Before 23:59 May 23 (CEST) 2025: Full refund of the registration fee, administration fee of NOK 1000 will be applied. No refund after May 23.
Liability
The organizers are not liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause. Participants attend the conference and all related events at their own risk and responsibility.
We reserve the right to cancel in case of unforeseen events beyond the organizer’s control (pandemic, strike, natural disasters, etc.) The organizer is not obliged to compensate for losses caused by this.
