PLoP 2015
Fri 23 - Mon 26 October 2015 Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States
co-located with SPLASH 2015

Booking a Room

We have arranged for a competitive room rate of $150 for a single or double–as good or better compared to the last several years at SPLASH, and very attractive compared to nearby hotel rates. The conference rate only applies around the conference dates (25-30 October included). If booking outside of those dates you will have to make a separate booking.

We have managed to secure a limited number of rooms at the Hilton Double Tree for $149. The Double Tree is Downtown, across the river but is situated next to direct transport link to Station Square. It also offers a complimentary shuttle on a first come first served basis.

Why Stay at the Conference Hotel?

ACM SIG - Why Stay at the Conference Hotel?

The conference hotel is the center of conference activity, that’s why! You’ll be able to network easily with other conference attendees. It’s a quick trip to get to the program and functions, and just as quick to nip back to your room for a break. You’ll have a better conference experience. That’s obvious. But there are other reasons that you need to consider before you look at another hotel. Please support the conference and SIGPLAN by staying at the conference hotel. Hotel Spam Alert

Dear SPLASH authors and attendees,

SPLASH is being targeted by a hotel-related scam. You may be contacted on the phone by a company acting as Sheraton Pittsburgh.

They say they are unable to track your hotel reservation and will ask details or to call an 800 number to confirm your booking. For example, one of the calls gave the number 800-217-4402 extension 115.

Please ignore this call, as neither SPLASH nor the Sheraton is associated with this number. Should you have an existing reservation with Sheraton, please hang up and call 888-627-7029 or +1-412-261-2000. The special booking link for SPLASH (with a discounted room rate) will be posted when registration opens in the near future.
