Visa Information
Visas & Immigration
Some people including citizens of visa waiver countries can travel to New Zealand with an NZ Electronic Travel Authority (NZeTA ) instead of a visa.
People travelling on a passport from some countries must apply for a Visitor Visa to visit New Zealand.
Visa information is available from Immigration New Zealand (INZ)
https://www.immigration.govt.nz/
Visitors from visa-waiver countries must request an Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) before coming to New Zealand. You may also have to pay an International Visitor Conservation and Tourism Levy (IVL). For more information on the ETA and IVL, visit Immigration New Zealand.

Once you have registered via the conference Registration site and your payment has been confirmed, you can request a letter of invitation by emailing ICSME2025@auckland.ac.nz
The Conference cannot contact or intervene with any INZ on your behalf, so please register early and begin your visa application process as early as possible.
