Helping companies de-risk the integration of first, second and third-party AI models into a customer engagement platform
Much of the literature and strategy written about responsible AI has focused on the in-house development of AI models (what we call “first-party AI”). However, these will form a small fraction of the models deployed by most organisations, being dwarfed by those procured from software vendors (second-party AI) or implicated in processes outside the direct control of the customer (third-party AI).
As a customer engagement platform provider, Salesforce offers both second party AI solutions for specific purposes (our Einstein products), and a platform that supports the creation of first-party and integration of third-party AI models.
In this talk we present our view of the cross-disciplinary services companies will need to support the responsible integration of all 3 categories of AI usage, and in the process, create a resilient, responsible AI culture.
