This paper presents a comprehensive case study on integrating microservices architecture between a cloud-based Sphera Master Data Management (MDM) application and Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system using Oracle Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). The integration facilitates bidirectional data synchronization for item management, manufacturer data, and supplier information. The proposed solution employs a wrapper-based architecture that transforms JSON payloads to XML format, enabling seamless communication between heterogeneous systems. Performance analysis demonstrates improved data consistency and reduced integration complexity compared to traditional point-to-point integration approaches.
