Deepak Daswani is a very well known Computer Engineer, hacker, cybersecurity expert, speaker, lecturer, media collaborator and book writer. He was born at Canary Islands (Spain) but of Indian Origin. He has worked in the IT field in the Canary Islands until 2013. Subsequently, he has worked as a Cybersecurity Evangelist for the National Cybersecurity Institute of the Spanish Government (INCIBE )for two years, from 2013 to 2015. After that, he worked for the multinational firm Deloitte, providing specialized training in cybersecurity. In July 2017 he established himself as an independent professional. Since September 2018, he also serves as Chief Security Ambassador of Telefonica Tech, a work that he combines with his professional activity on his own. He is one of the most famous and recognized hackers in Spain. A real influencer in the cybersecurity field. He is a frequent speaker at the most important Cybersecurity Congresses internationally. As a speaker, lecturer and teacher, he works in multiple fields: business schools, master’s degrees, business training, hacker conferences or inspirational events such as TED talks. At present, he is a permanent contributor to various press, radio and television media at Spain l (RTVC, RTVE, SER, Antena 3, TVE, ..) and also internationally (CNN, Telemundo Washington). Collaborator of the program “Mundo Hacker", with whom he has written the technical book about practical hacking in wifi networks . Author of the book “La Amenaza Hacker”, recently published with the publishing label Deusto of Grupo Planeta, the biggest editorial group at Spain.
