Authorship ethics: an overview of research on the state of practice
I have several years of experience working as a teacher and a researcher in software engineering. Since January 2001, I am working as a university teacher, and since 2006 I am actively involved in software engineering research (https://scholar.google.se/citations?user=m8WYvmgAAAAJ&hl=en). I have been working with several companies. Most of my work is on empirical research with a focus on appraising and improving software engineering practice. My areas of research are software testing, software requirement engineering, and software process. I have been involved in an industry-academia collaboration project, EASE (The Industrial Excellence Centre for Embedded Applications Software Engineering). The goal was to reduce the industry-academia gap. We worked on various aspects of software engineering applications in the industry. Currently, I am engaged with ELLIIT - a strategic research environment funded by the Swedish government, to support strong research in information technology and mobile communications. I have been working on optimization regression testing in embedded system development. My most recent venture is to provide support to the testing practitioners to improve their regression testing process.
