I am a Ph.D. Candidate at NAU and Research Scientist at Globant. My research involves human factors of software engineering, currently working with diversity, belonging, satisfaction, productivity, and retention. I have experience in both quantitative and qualitative research, also maturity models, measurement, OKRs, and KPIs, applying the methods and approaches that are most suitable for the problem and research.
