Responsible for the transformation of Digitec Galaxus AG towards a lean & agile organization from CEO to shop floor. Responsible for the portfolio management and execution of all strategic projects; line manager of a team of product & project manager; responsible to build, establish, anchor and adapt the processes and tools used in lean & agile portfolio & project management, in innovation and development. Advisor of the executive board for organizational change and human development.
2012 – 2014
Member of the Executive Management. Responsible for the development of a consulting group in the topics lean management, innovation management, scaled agility, product, portfolio, program and change management. Zühlke group wide representation of these topics at client side, conferences and publications. International networking with universities and partners.
2010 – 2012
Member of the Executive Management. Responsible for the business development and sales team of Zühlke Engineering AG, Switzerland. Budget responsibility (~40 Mio CHF) in respect of acquisition and sales. Key account management including acquisition and frame contract management. Definition of sales process and instruments. Exceeded revenue target of 40 million CHF by two million in 2011 with linear growth in 2012.
2007 – 2016
The International Requirements Engineering Board (IREB) is a non-profit association fostering the discipline Requirements Engineering by development of syllabi and examination. See www.ireb.org for more information. Founding member of IREB. Responsible for the strategic development of the service portfolio, marketing and internationalization. Full P&L, contract and partner management responsibility. With 2017 over 50’000 certified professionals passed the exam in over 68 countries in the world.
2004 – 2010
Member of the Zühlke Engineering AG Management Team. Responsible for the strategic development of the Zühlke education centers in all country division. P&L responsibility for the education center Switzerland. Turnover of the Zühlke academy Switzerland increased from 0.64 million CHF in 2005 to 1.2 million CHF in 2010.
2000 – 2004
Development of SoUCon GmbH as startup in the IT-industry. Development of strategy and service portfolio. Managing director with full responsibility in all aspects required to develop a small IT service provider.
1989 – 1999
Development of bespoke software solutions for the industry. Personal development from junior developer to senior SW-architect and project manager. Responsible for the Microsoft division of ISTEC and just-in-time client solution delivery in the car manufacturing industry.
