I am an Assistant Professor of Software Engineering at the Federal University of Ceará (UFC), Brazil, and currently a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Computer Science at North Carolina State University, USA. Previously, I was a Substitute Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), Brazil, in 2021. I obtained my MSc in 2019 and PhD in 2021 in Software Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), Brazil. I also hold a BSc in Software Engineering from UFC and was an exchange student at Sapienza University of Rome, Italy. My main research interests include Software Engineering for AI-enabled systems (SE4AI), AI for Software Engineering (AI4SE), Mining Software Repositories, Software Maintenance and Evolution, and Human Aspects of Software Engineering. I have collaborated with researchers and practitioners from several countries, including Brazil, the USA, Germany, France, and Italy, through academic and industry-oriented research projects. My work has been published in international conferences and journals, including ICSE, ICSME, MSR, ESEM, SANER, IEEE Software, Information and Software Technology, and Software Quality Journal. I have also served as a reviewer and program committee member for several conferences and journals, as well as an organizer and chair of scientific events.
