Bio:

Jacopo Massa is a PhD Candidate in Computer Science at the University of Pisa, and also a Research Fellow in the NOUS European project. His research primarily focuses on declarative approaches for multi-service applications and network management, emphasising data-awareness and simulation-emulation of the Cloud-Edge continuum.

To this end, he is one of the main authors and maintainers of ECLYPSE, a Python framework for the simulation and emulation of Cloud-Edge environments. He is actively involved in the academic community, serving as a Program Committee member for various international conferences (e.g., ESOCC, SOSE).
