I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Software Engineering, LUT University, Finland. I am interested in Human Capital in Software engineering - the transformation of skills, career-changers, the paradox of labor shortage in IT, and promoting diversity, especially in the software industry. I believe advancing diversity and leveraging different backgrounds and skill sets are key to fostering innovation and productivity. I love to explore how experts from various fields can bring new perspectives and solutions to the field of software engineering and the broader tech industry. Furthermore, I am especially interested in how software companies can manage and harness this transformation of skills to build successful teams and enhance their competitiveness.
I also have a background in social sciences (Social Policy). I’m always interested in systems and people in or with them—whether they are welfare systems or software systems.
