Bio:

Ding Li is an Assistant Professor in the School of Computer Science of Peking University. He received Ph.D. in computer science at the University of Southern California (USC) under the supervision of Prof. William G. J. Halfond. His research interests are system and program analysis. Particularly, he focuses on using program analysis techniques to optimize the energy consumption of mobile applications. He has published multiple papers in software engineering conferences, such as the International Conference on Software Engineering (ICSE) and the Symposium on the Foundations of Software Engineering (FSE). He received the Viterbi Undergraduate Research Mentoring Award in 2014 due to his experience of mentoring undergraduates in research. Ding received his B.S. degree in computer science from Peking University in 2011.
