Nelly Condori-Fernández is an Assistant Professor at the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela (Spain) and a senior researcher at CiTIUS. Her research focuses on software engineering and human-computer interaction, with particular interest in emotion recognition technologies to drive continuous software improvement. Nelly uses methodologies such as experiments, longitudinal studies (in healthcare), case studies, and surveys. Her interests include software sustainability assessment, emphasizing the social and technical dimensions of software systems. She holds a Ph.D. from the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia and was a Marie Curie Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Twente.
