Bio:

Luan is a Research Associate (postdoc) in Computer Science at UNSW, Australia. He has been working on Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps) during his PhD at RMIT University. He also worked as an Applied Scientist Intern at Amazon Web Services (AWS), Teaching Assistant at RMIT University, Visiting Research Fellow at UNSW, and Research Assistant at University of Newcastle. He served as the Program Committee (PC) member for several conferences including ICSE, FSE, ASE, IJCAI, etc.
