Name:Luan Pham

Bio:

Luan is a Postdoctoral Fellow at UNSW Sydney, Australia. He has been working on Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps). He earned his PhD in Computer Science at RMIT Melbourne with two internships at Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Research. He also worked as a Teaching Assistant at RMIT, and Visiting Researcher at UNSW and UoN. During his PhD, he created the following pentalogy: BARO, RCAEval, TORAI, EventADL, and PRISM.
