Bio:

Luciana Rebelo is a Researcher at the University of L’Aquila, Italy, working in Software Engineering with a focus on ethics, sustainability, responsible software engineering, software architecture, and trustworthy autonomous systems. Previously, she was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Gran Sasso Science Institute, working in the Computer Science department, from 2022 to 2026. Also, she held the position of Assistant Professor at IFSP - Federal Institute for Education, Science, and Technology of São Paulo, from 2014 to 2022 (Brazil). She received her PhD in Applied Computing from INPE - National Institute for Space Research (2015), also in Brazil. Her research bridges foundational software engineering across various domains such as space systems, health, robotic, assistive technologies, and sustainable computing. She regularly serve as a reviewer and program committee member for leading international conferences and journals in Software Engineering, Software Architecture, Formal Methods, Robotics, and Reliable Autonomous Systems.
