Michael received his Ph.D. in Computer Science in 2024 from the University of Hildesheim, Germany. He is currently working as a Full Professor for the Department of Business and Informatics at the University of Applied Sciences & Arts Hannover. His research focuses on agile software development, software process improvement and human & social aspects within software development processes.
