Through more than 20 years of experience with IT Projects and 15 years acting as Project Leader, my specialties include a strong technical background joined to practical knowledge in Project Management based on PMI and SCRUM Alliance methodologies.
As a Software Engineer, I’ve created information systems in desktop, web, and mobile platforms to small companies, industries, NPO, and government entities toward local and international levels. Besides, I’ve played many different roles, such as software architect (JavaEE, Android), developer (Clipper, Delphi, C#, Java, Kotlin, Dart), system analyst, business analyst, and product owner.
As a Project Leader, I’ve worked with Traditional Project Management (based on PM-BoK) and Agile Project Management (Kanban method and Scrum framework). Currently, I am working in a Global software development environment.
