Name:Sonja Hyrynsalmi
Bio:
I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Software Engineering, LUT University, Finland. I am interested in Human Capital in Software engineering - the transformation of skills, careers, the paradox of labor shortage in IT, and promoting diversity in the software industry. I believe advancing diversity and leveraging different backgrounds and skill sets are key to fostering innovation and productivity in our field.
I also have a background in social sciences (Social Policy) so I’m always interested in systems and people in or with them—whether they are welfare systems or software systems.
