Bio:

My research is focused in understanding the effect of different human factors (personality, age, gender, values, emotion, language and so on!) on software engineering process, what extent these effects of human factors have on the SE processes are accounted for and how we can best use these effects to build better software. I am also interested in how different human aspects can be represented in persona to capture more information about users during requirement collection phase.
