NFM will be held in the NASA Ames Conference Center (NACC) in the NASA Research Park, Moffett Field, California. The closest hotels are in Mountain View and Sunnyvale.
Since NACC is a NASA facility, there are some special considerations that must be taken into account.
US persons must show a government-issued picture identification (REAL ID compliant) at the NASA Research Park gate to enter the park, and can then drive directly to the NACC.
All foreign nationals will need to park outside the center, and enter the badging office to get a visitor pass on the first day. Depending on citizenship, some visitors will additionally need an escort, who they will meet in the badging office. All foreign nationals who do not need an escort are able to drive to the NACC after receiving the visitor pass.

Ride-sharing services, taxis, bicycling, and walking to the NACC are also possible, but please note that bicycle helmets are required on the Ames campus.
