Workshops Dinner (1st September)

The Workshops Dinner for RE ’25 will take place on Monday evening, 1st September 2025, at Restaurante submarino at 21:00 . This restaurant is a landmark spot in the city’s gastronomic scene, located in the Oceanogràfic in Valencia. Its menu is defined by honest cuisine, featuring seasonal products from our Mediterranean region, complemented by subtle nods to other cultures. The nearest metro station is Oceanogràfic, on line 10. The nearest bus station is Oceanogràfic(front) or Centre d’Investigació Príncep Felip on lines 23 and 95.

Welcome Reception (2nd September)

The Welcome Reception for RE ’25 will take place on Tuesday evening, 2nd September 2025 at 18:30 h starting from ADEIT building to participate on a guided tour through the historic city center of Valencia, offering participants a glimpse into the city’s rich cultural heritage. The tour will conclude with a welcome reception at the beautiful Botanical Garden of Valencia at 20:00. The nearest metro station to Botanical Garden is Túria, on lines 1 and 2.

Gala Dinner (4th September)

The Gala Dinner for RE ’25 will take place on Thursday evening, 4th September 2025, at Hotel Las Arenas, at 20:00. Hotel Las Arenas is one of Valencia’s most iconic landmarks and a symbol of elegance and relaxation by the Mediterranean Sea. Located along the city’s famous beachfront, it is both a luxury destination and a haven of history and comfort that has welcomed countless guests since its early 20th-century origins. The nearest metro station is Platja les Arenes, on lines 4 and 6. The organization will provide buses for both the outbound and return trips . You can find the schedules below.

Hotel Las Arenas regularly hosts exclusive events, cultural gatherings, and elegant soirées that bring together music, art, and refined hospitality. Its stunning spaces have welcomed everything from classical concerts to stylish social functions, making it a vibrant hub for both locals and international guests throughout the year. During our visit, we will also enjoy traditional Valencian dances, celebrating the region’s rich folklore in a truly unique seaside setting.

The banquet will take place in the elegant Events room of hotel las Arenas, a refined space that perfectly blends historic charm with modern sophistication. The venue, known for its spacious layout and sea views, is ideal for hosting celebrations with a warm and festive atmosphere. For added comfort and versatility, we will also enjoy access to the adjacent restaurant area and terrace, perfect for welcome drinks, informal gatherings, or simply taking in the Mediterranean breeze during the evening.
