Registration fee:

• Author registration: 30,000 JPY
• Non-author registration: 10,000 JPY
• Student registration: 0 JPY (excluding authors who will present their papers with author registrations, and students with full-time job)

Notice

• At least one person must be registered as an author for each accepted paper in the main conference. If you present only in workshop(s), you need not register as an author, but one or more authors of workshop paper must be registered as an author or non-author.
• Author registration is required for the number of papers accepted at the main conference. For example, if one participant makes two presentations in the main conference, two registrations as authors are required.
• For those who register as student: As proof of student, submission of a scan of your student ID Card effective during the conference dates will be requested later.
• Cancellation Fee: 5% of the amount paid (No cancellation will be allowed after November 30th, 2022)
