Deadlines
Authors have earlier deadlines (soon in March) for your papers to appear in the proceedings. The concrete deadline will be sent by the chairs.
- Early registration deadline is April 18 (AoE).
- Registration deadline is May 14 (AoE).
Registration Categories
- Main Conf. includes participation to the program on May 20-22 (Wed-Fri), including the Reception on May 20 (Wed) and the Banquet on May 21 (Thu)
- Pre 2 Days + Main Only Wed. (ABZ Plan) includes participation to the program on May 18-20 (Mon-Wed), including the Reception on May 20 (Wed) but not the Banquet on May 21 (Thu)
- Pre 2 Days includes participation to the program on May 18-19 (Mon-Tue), not including either the reception or banquet
- Pre 1 Day includes participation to the program on one day of May 18 or 19 (Mon or Tue) as you selected, not including either the reception or banquet
“Pre Days” (May 18 Mon - May 19 Tue) include workshops, tutorials, doctoral symposium, and (part of) co-hosted ABZ conference.
Additional tickets for the Reception (Wed, May 20) and/or the Banquet (Thu, May 21) are available: (6,000 JPY and 17,000 JPY, respectively). These may be purchased for accompanying persons, or for yourself if your registration category does not include these events.
