Participants are responsible for checking official sources to determine whether they require a visa.
The conference committee does not issue formal invitation letters for visa applications for FM 2026 or its associated events. However, a visa support letter can be provided upon request.
To request a visa support letter, please email fm2026-local@nii.ac.jp with the subject line:
“Visa Support Letter Request for FM 2026”
Please include the following information in your email:
- Your full name (as it appears on your passport)
- Your registration confirmation number
- If applicable, the title of your paper (for authors) or the title of your talk (for speakers)
- Information to fill the “Visa Applicant” part of the Invitation letter: Full name, Sex, Date of Birth, Age, Nationality, Occupation
- The email address to which the letter should be sent (if different from the reply-to address)
