Temporary, the payment system supports only credit cards issued in South Korea.
Support for all international credit cards will become available late February and early March.
If you need to use a credit card issued outside of Korea, please complete your registration without making a payment at this time.
Once the system gets ready, we will notify you and provide instructions for completing your payment.
Author Registration
Each accepted paper must be supported by at least one Regular registration as the author registration.
For papers in the main conference tracks, the author registration must cover the main conference days.
For papers in pre- or post-conference events, the author registrations must cover the specific day of the event.
Please note that papers without valid author registration will be excluded from the proceedings.

Payment Methods
By Credit Card
- Credit cards of VISA, MASTER, JCB, UNIONPAY, and AMEX are accepted.
- (Participants from Korean Institutions): Please note that your monthly credit card statement will indicate your payment to Duzon.
- (Participants from non-Korean Institutions): Please note that the billing descriptor will be listed as EXIMBAY.COM.
This payment method is provided by Eximbay and is billed as www.eximbay.com.
By Bank Transfer
- Please find your registration fee invoice in the online registration system and make a transfer to the written bank account in the invoice.
Sender’s name MUST be 4-digit Registration Number + Participant’s Name. (Ex: 1234 John) - All bank remittance charges for sender and receiver are to be paid by the participant.
- As these fees are not listed in the invoice, please check with the bank for the final amount of payment.
- After making your transfer, please send your remittance slip to the Secretariat (registration@icst2026.org).
Once your deposit details are verified, the Secretariat will email you a confirmation on your registration within a week.
Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellation and refund of the registration fee must be submitted via email to the Secretariat at registration@icst2026.org by 11:59 PM AoE on March 6, 2026.
No refunds will be issued for requests received after this date.
All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference, and bank service charges incurred by both the sender and the recipient will be borne by the participant.
