Attendance Policy

While we hope to have your participation in person, we acknowledge individual circumstances and preferences not allowing travel, e.g., travel restrictions due to the pandemic, environmental concerns, family obligations, availability of travel funds, etc. Only for extreme cases we will accommodate remote participation in the conference.

To be included in the proceedings, each accepted paper (main conference or workshop) must have one registration at the full rate by the deadline for early registration and be presented (in person) during the conference. We will follow a strict no-show policy and exclude papers not presented at the conference from the proceedings.
