Attendance Policy

While we hope to have your participation in person, we acknowledge individual circumstances and preferences not allowing travel, e.g., travel restrictions due to the pandemic, environmental concerns, family obligations, availability of travel funds, etc. Therefore, we will accommodate remote participation in the conference.

To be included in the proceedings, each accepted paper must have one registration at the full conference rate by the deadline for the camera-ready submission (1 March 2024) and be presented (in person or online) during the conference. We will follow a strict no-show policy and exclude papers not presented at the conference from the proceedings.
