It is important for software development companies to consider job satisfaction and turnover intension of employees. To explain factors related to them simply, we focused on future perspective index (FPI). FPI is assumed to relate to the satisfaction positively and the intension negatively. In the preliminary analysis, we improved FPI, and improved FPI explained the satisfaction and the intension better than naïve FPI.
