Abstract

Personality traits of developers could affect software development projects through developers Eperformance. Developers Eperformance is expected to be estimated using the traits. Toward the estimation, we analyzed the relationship between the grit and time to make programs. The grit is perseverance and passion traits. Unlike past studies in other fields, the grit did not positively related to the time (i.e., performance).
