Li-Pin Chang received the B.S.E degree from I-Shou University at 1995, and the M.S.E. and Ph.D. degrees of Computer Science and Information Engineering from National Taiwan University at 1997 and 2003, respectively. he joined Department of Computer Science of National Chiao-Tung University at May 2005. He currently serves as Associate Professor.
