Giusy Annunziata is a Ph.D. Students at the Software Engineering (SeSa) Lab at the University of Salerno. Her research interests lie in explores the intersection of human factors and software engineering, with a particular focus on socio-technical dynamics in machine learning (ML)-enabled systems, which are composed of heterogeneous teams of software engineers and data scientists. She investigate how the human and organizational dimensions influence the development of ML-enabled systems. In particular, She focused on understanding the relation of Socio-Technical Anti-Pattern in the context of ML-enabled Systems and Community Smells. Moreover, She also focused on the prevalence of community smells in those systems and their variation over time.
