Bio:

Eoan O’Dea is a PhD student in Software Engineering and Green IT, jointly at Università degli Studi dell’Aquila and the University of Groningen. His research interests include sustainable software engineering, energy efficiency in software systems, and the trade-offs between sustainability and other software quality attributes. He is particularly focused on understanding how modern software architectures, such as microservices, impact energy consumption and how software engineering practices can contribute to more sustainable computing.
