Dennis Mancl is an independent consultant on software technology and practices. He has worked for many years for AT&T, Lucent, and Alcatel-Lucent. In his role as an internal software technology expert, he has supported the ongoing education of developers in many technologies: applying software modeling approaches, agile development practices, and legacy software development techniques to the development of large telecom systems.
