Bio:
I am a Research Software Engineer at Microsoft, working on the Microsoft Program Synthesis using Examples (PROSE) framework. I obtained my PhD in 2015 at UC Davis, advised by Zhendong Su and Sumit Gulwani. My research is about developing novel and practical techniques to help improve the quality of critical software (e.g., compilers and database engines) and make programming accessible for end users. My work has led to the discovery of hundreds of bugs in GCC and LLVM, most of which have been fixed, and shipped in various Microsoft products.
